Yes, Infinite Health IMC proudly offers telehealth services to patients across the nation. This allows us to provide personalized, integrative, and regenerative care regardless of your location, giving you the same high-quality care and access to our expert physicians as you would receive in-person.

Whether you're local or based anywhere in the United States, you can participate in our health optimization programs, including follow-up consultations, ongoing coaching, and program support through telemedicine.

Do you accept insurance?
Yes, we accept most insurance providers and offer an insurance claim filing service. However, it is your responsibility to understand your specific insurance plan and its coverage. Please note that certain services, such as regenerative therapies and supplements, may not be covered by your insurance.
Important: We do NOT accept Humana, HMO Medicare, or Medicaid.

What if I have a high-deductible insurance plan?
If you have a high-deductible plan (over $4,000 annually), you may want to consider our Private Pay Program, which provides more comprehensive care and direct access to our physicians. This program includes 24 one-on-one consultations over 12 months for $3140.00 annually, offering a more personalized health optimization experience.

What is your Private Pay Program?
Our Private Pay Program is designed for patients without insurance or those who prefer to pay directly for their care. For an initial investment of $499, you will receive a 45-minute initial consultation along with a 45-minute bio-individualized program design consultation. After that, follow-up consultations are $239.97 per month, billed at the beginning of each month. Monthly charges apply throughout the duration of your program, regardless of missed or rescheduled appointments.
What is your Membership Program?
In addition to any deductibles or co-insurance fees from your insurance plan, participation in Infinite Health IMC’s Membership Program is required for ongoing care. Membership fees are billed monthly, at the beginning of each month, and apply for the full duration of your program, regardless of missed or rescheduled appointments.
Membership Rates:
-Individual with Insurance: $79.97/month
- Couple with Insurance: $69.97/person/month
- Military Veteran with Insurance: $68.00/month

What is your reservation fee?
For new patients, there is a non-refundable reservation fee of $79.97 to reserve your initial 45-minute consultation. ​
Are labs and diagnostics included in my program?
No, labs, diagnostic tests, and supplements are not included in your membership or program fees. These services are billed separately by their respective providers, and Infinite Health IMC is not responsible for any additional charges incurred.
What payment options do you offer?
We accept payments via cash , credit card and wire transfers. You may choose to prepay for six months of membership or private pay program services at a 10% discounted rate. Payments are due at the beginning of each month before services are rendered.

Do you offer refunds?
As with any health program, results depend on your commitment and active participation. Since outcomes vary by individual, we do not offer refunds for services rendered. Our focus is on empowering you to achieve your health goals through consistent engagement and support.
